1. Acceptance and Scope

Agreement: Enrollment or use of our services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

Services: SITM provides career-oriented training, including graphic designing, digital marketing, software engineering, and other technical courses.

2. Enrollment, Payment, and Access

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

Fees: Course fees are listed on the enrollment form. Fees must be paid in full or according to the approved installment plan.

Non-Payment: Failure to meet the payment schedule may result in immediate suspension of your class access and course materials until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Course Content: All course materials (lectures, manuals, software licenses, etc.) are the intellectual property of SITM. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal study only. Sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and grounds for expulsion.

3. Student Code of Conduct

Respectful Environment: Students must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards instructors, staff, and fellow students, both in the classroom and online.

Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation during assessments or projects is strictly forbidden.

Misconduct: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, including unauthorized use of SITM's IT resources, will result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.

Facility Use: You must use SITM equipment and facilities responsibly. Students are liable for any damage caused due to negligence or misuse.

4. Certification and Outcomes

Certification: Certificates of completion are awarded only upon successful completion of all course requirements, including minimum attendance and passing final evaluations, and full payment of all course fees.

No Guarantee: SITM guarantees quality training by experts but does not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Your career success depends on your effort, market conditions, and personal aptitude.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

"As Is": SITM provides courses "as is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation: SITM, its management, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your enrollment or inability to use the services.
